NDLEA raids six camps, destroys 14.3 tons of marijuana in Ondo state (PICTURES)

Drug law enforcement Agency in Ondo state has destroyed 14.3tons of Indian hemp farms.

The destruction were made during operation Thunder strike IV in six camps raided by NDLEA operatives.

Eight Locally made Guns and several rounds of Cartridges were seized during the operation.

The state commander of the NDLEA, Haruna Gagara disclosed this today while briefing Newsmen at the command’s Headquarters in Akure.

He said operation thunder strike is designed to reduce drug trafficking and cultivation of cannabis.

Gagara added that 80 of cannabis markets across the country obtained their cannabis from Ondo state.
